Designed a new branding for the toolkit. Redesigned tools and pilot-tested with teams to iterate. Published tool for all of Deloitte to use and presented the tool during All Hands with 200+ attendees.

Timeline
After a few years of making the PocketPal tools available to the public, we received feedback from various teams. As a result, we refreshed the content and introduced a new design for the toolkit. Our goal was to create a more uniform design across all the tools and establish memorable branding, which included personifying our organization's core values into lovable characters.
New Branding
With our rebrand and new mascots, I updated our key tools to reflect the new branding styles, to make them more concise, and to take into consideration the feedback I got from pilot testing with teams.
I created more guidance and best practices using this tool, especially since more non-design teams were using this tool.
Tool Improvements
I led the pilot tests for our refreshed tools. I interviewed several teams who recently used these tools and observed their meetings to understand user behaviors and gather feedback. Using these insights, I identified the most impactful updates to implement in our tools.
